A family is said to be flourishing when all members are able to be engaged meaningfully with each other, and fully expressing emotions, through activities, shared experiences and communications. All members of the family experience growth and find meaning and accomplishment in what they do.
What is a Flourishing Family?

A flourishing child is one who overall demonstrates good values and character exhibiting high levels of Emotional Intelligence and Social Intelligence. The child also has the ability to display good empathy, self-competence, self-esteem and resilience. He or she finds enjoyment in effort and continue to seek high realistic goals while also practicing Happiness habits e.g. gratitude, optimism, savouring and being mindful.
A flourishing child is a good son, daughter, friend, neighbour, classmate, colleague and fellow citizen.
