Donus’ greatest passion is to guide people in finding happiness and meaning in their lives, so that they
can contribute at their optimal level and live to their fullest potential. Using psychological strategies and techniques that are scientifically validated, his training and coaching guides others to nurture and
successfully manoeuvre their beliefs and emotions to create positive outcomes.
The training programs
he develops and delivers range from leadership and people development, work-life integration, building
emotional intelligence and resiliency, managing change, rediscover meaning and engagement at work,
dealing with inter-generational issue, and many more. He has trained extensively for both private and public sectors. A consummate trainer, facilitator and coach, his style of training keeps participants
engaged while imparting vital skills and knowledge to them.
Donus is currently the Director at W3ave Pte Ltd and the Principal Psychologist with Matthew James
International (MJI) and iGROW. He began his career as a psychologist in the Ministry of Community, Youth and Sports, working on juvenile delinquency and child abuse cases. He then moved to Institute of Mental Health where he became Senior Psychologist, with areas of expertise in psychological therapy and assessments, and research. He has also been a psychologist with MINDEF and has lectured at James
Cook University (Singapore), UniSIM and Nanyang Polytechnic.
Donus has an Honours degree in Psychology from the Australian National University and is also a double Masters holder; he has a Masters in Research Psychology from University of Edinburgh and a Masters in Clinical Neuroscience from Institute of Neurology, University College London. He is a level 5 Certified PEAKS Consultant using PEAKS Personality Profiling Technology in improving people’s psychological capital. In addition, he is also a certified Adaptiv Resiliency Coach & Trainer as well as a Certified Gottman Educator in Singapore. He is a full member of the Singapore Psychological Society.
At her core, Winifred is a passionate student and educator. She enjoys engaging with people, discovering their
strengths and helping them to achieve their goals. Not only is she a dynamic and engaging trainer, her high empathy and ability to listen allows her to design and implement high quality programmes.

Winifred is a strong proponent of Positive Psychology. Her coaching work is fueled by her desire to help others lead more meaningful lives through positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning and accomplishment in life.
Despite adversities and challenges in life, she believes that human being are highly
resilient and she is a testimony of that. Ten years ago, Winifred was diagnosed with a rare cerebrovascular
disorder called Moya Moya Disease and she shared her recovery story in her blog.
Winifred is currently the Director at W3ave Pte Ltd and a Psychologist/Couples Therapist at Promises Winslow Clinic and The Resilienz Clinic. She is also a Certified Gottman Educator. Her practice as Couples Therapist is heavily influenced by the Gottman Method Couples Therapy and she has completed Level 2 of their training. Winifred also sees private clients for psychotherapy, couples therapy and coaching. She obtained her honours
degree in Psychology from the National University of Singapore.
Michelle has experience as an organisational psychologist, specialising in the assessment and
development of leaders through the use of psychometric profiles, interviews, 360 degree feedback systems and assessment centres.
She is passionate about employee satisfaction and engagement in the workplace and has led organisations to create a better workplace as she believes that satisfied
and motivated workers performing at their optimum is one of the key drivers differentiating
She has also conducted numerous training courses, for the purpose of
staff well-being (e.g. stress management, basic counselling skills) as well as for performance
management (e.g. interviewing skills, how to provide feedback). These are the building blocks to an organisation’s effectiveness.
Michelle obtained her honours degree in Psychology from the National University of Singapore, and has BPS Level A & B Certifications.
Andrew Sia is an established veteran with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. He has worked in Private Banking & Wealth Management, Financial Technology and Consumer Banking. In these areas, he has performed varied roles like Senior Relationship Manager, Research Analyst, Structured Derivative Sales and Investment Advisory.
Andrew has a deep knowledge of Client Relationship Management, Financial Planning and Equity trading strategies. His forte is helping clients develop and successfully fulfil their investment goals while navigating the myriad challenges posed by global risk events.

As a speaker and trainer, Andrew incorporates humour, live examples and succinct delivery to keep his audience focus and understand the often complex details of the subject matter.
Andrew graduated in 1990 with honours in Law from the National university of Singapore. He was called to the Singapore Bar in 1991 as an Advocate and Solicitor. He worked as a lawyer for three years before switching to banking.
Andrew has obtained a Diploma in Banking and Finance. He also passed the licensing examinations for Securities and Futures Intermediaries from the Hong Kong Securities Institute (HKSI) and the Financial Markets Regulatory & Practices certification in Singapore. This allows him to act as a Financial Advisor in Singapore and Hong Kong.
